Message from the Founder
At the age of six, I had my first encounter with a foreign culture when my father invited an American instructor into our home. That experience sparked a deep and lasting curiosity about different cultures.
This early influence became the foundation of my career—driving my desire to become a bridge between people with different values and perspectives.
I later moved to the United States, where I have spent over 20 years living and working. Having personally navigated the challenges of language and cultural differences, I bring more than just translation or coordination.
I strive to understand the underlying intentions and cultural contexts, enabling me to connect both sides in a way that leads to meaningful and effective outcomes.
A defining turning point in my career was my involvement in the San Diego Sake Festival. I took full responsibility for planning, operations, and on-site coordination. By building strong relationships with stakeholders and leading the project strategically, I helped turn the event from a loss into a profitable success.
Through this experience, I became convinced that my true value lies in connecting people, cultures, and businesses—and guiding them toward tangible results.
Today, as a Japan–U.S. coordinator, I provide comprehensive support including:
-
Negotiation and coordination with local partners
-
Project planning and execution support
-
Communication strategy development grounded in cultural understanding
I do not see my role as a simple intermediary. Rather, I act as a committed partner who works alongside clients to ensure the success of each project.
Taking full responsibility until the very end, finding optimal solutions in any situation, and delivering results—this is the value we bring to our clients.
